The kitchen has ample cabinet storage, a dishwasher, and counter space for actual cooking.

The location is hard to beat — a 10-minute walk to both Green-Wood Cemetery and Prospect Park, with the F/G trains and all of 7th Avenue's cafes, bars, and restaurants close by.

The apartment is in a respectful mid-sized building. I know most of my neighbors, who range from young professionals to young families, and a few older people who have lived in the building since it was built!! The super lives on-site and is available to help if something strange happens at the apartment (ie. electrical outage, leak, etc.) Laundry room is on the first floor.

This would be a great place for a couple or small family hoping to get some city-time in this summer! Dates are flexible as well.
