I'm looking for a female-identifying, non-binary, and/or queer roommate for this 3bd/1 bath apartment in prime Williamsburg. This would be for a one-year lease starting August 1, and the rent is $1650, not including utilities.

About the room:

It's a huge, sunny room (three windows!) with a private entrance. There's a large closet, and the use of the large hallway closet.

About the apartment:

The apartment is located in a prime Williamsburg location close to the Bedford L, Metropolitan/Lorimer G, and Marcy J/M/Z. The space is a sunlit railroad-style apartment with two entrances; one leads to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. The second entrance leads to the large bedroom, and another bedroom. The living room and kitchen are partially furnished, but I’m open to new furniture. There’s a communal television with streaming services in the living room. Utilities (ConEd, National Grid, Spectrum WiFi) are an average around 100, depends on the season.

I've lived in the apartment for about 4 years. There are three units in the building, and they are very friendly. The building itself is quiet. The landlord is responsive and very nice.

- No central air, but there is a window unit in the living room and my old roommate is leaving her window unit in the bedroom.

I have a somewhat large library that I welcome you to use! I'm generally an introvert, and I can get busy during the week with work and engagements, but I enjoy spending some time with a roommate if we're home at the same time. 4/20 friendly.
