Hi! I am looking to rent or sublet a 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of natural light in Brooklyn. I'm open to considering a single bedroom in a shared home, as long as it has a bit of privacy and enough space for me to work from home.

My dream space would include:
- Closet space, or enough room to supplement with wardrobes.
- No more than 2 flights of stairs.
- Kitchen with enough space to entertain.
- In-building laundry (in-unit would be nice!) and dishwasher.
- Private, full bathroom.
- Access to public transit.
- A neighborhood with dive bars, coffee shops, live music, grocery stores, and a gym.

I've been looking for housing primarily in Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill, Greenpoint, or Bushwick, but could be persuaded to look elsewhere in Brooklyn if the unit is right. :)
