Hello community. We are a late 30's married couple who have used Listings Project since 2017 to find all of our NYC+LA sublets. We lived in Brooklyn for 5+ years, now we split our time between the apartment that we own in Australia and NYC, for work. We own a consulting business in the aviation space that we both work in. We have stayed in at least 7+ sublets using this community ranging from 7 days up to 3+ years.

We are seeking a furnished, month-long sublet for late September + all of October (dates flexible) in Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Boerum Hill (in order of preference). Full apartment sublets only (no sharing). We will be visiting the city to work and also catch up with friends. Our budget is $3000-$4000 per month including utilities, internet etc. and depending on building/apartment amenities.

Flexible on amenities but at a minimum, TV/projector, kitchen with some basic cooking supplies, washer/dryer in unit (or at least in building). Some windows/natural light. A dining table or work desk. Prefer one bedroom but studios also okay. Strong WIFI essential. We are clean, neat and treat every Listings Project sublet like our own. We can water a small amount of plants in your space.

Please reach out if you have a space you are willing to share with us for a month in October. We would love (in the future) to build a relationship with someone in our preferred Brooklyn locations, who travels occasionally and might want to sublet their space semi-regularly to people they trust.

We are responsible, quiet and enjoy the simple pleasures of walking to get coffee in the morning (Joe Coffee), strolling the Brooklyn Heights Promenade or people watching in Cobble Hill Park, Table 87 pizza (sausage and peppers!), flat bread+labneh from Damascus Bakery and soaking in all that this part of Brookyn has to offer.
