About This Lister
You will be living with a sweet and quiet 24 year old masters student who mainly keeps to herself and is very tidy.
The other room will be occupied by a young woman in her mid twenties on an internship from France.

Move in date June 1st to June 30th (dates can be negotiated). This room will contain a mattress, bed frame, and a comfortable mattress topper as well as an A/C unit and drapes with blackout shades.
Wifi is around 20 $ a month and electricity bill ranges from 40-100; it is normally higher in the summer.
Pets Policy
Pet's allowed however one housemate is allergic to cats
