Apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up on a quiet residential street. Lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, and cafes on the surrounding blocks plus dozens of others in the neighborhood. Full size 24/7 supermarket a couple minutes walk away and several laundromats within a block.

The rear bedroom is quite spacious at 11.5' x 12', including the large closet space. Two large windows facing a quiet back yard. Can easily fit up to a king bed, desk, and other furnishings as needed.

The front bedroom is larger than the rear, though I don't have exact measurements available, two windows face the street.

There is a single bathroom shared between the two rooms in the apartment.

Kitchen and living room are in the middle of the apartment and are reasonably large.

Neighbors are all quiet and the building is generally peaceful with very little disruption ever.
