Located one block from Kosciuszko J stop and a 10 minute walk to Myrtle Ave M stop. Can be a bit loud and busy but it's a very central location for Brooklyn and easy access to Manhattan!

Basement, private backyard, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher! The bedroom is unfurnished. The apartment is on the first and second floors of the house and the advertised bedroom is located on the second floor.

We are two people who enjoy having a very clean home and are looking for someone who is committed to helping us keep it that way! We host small get togethers every now and then and like having a friend over every once in a while. We have a lot of respect for our home and we are looking for someone who feels the same way.

About This Lister

Two other roommates already live in the house (28, Black, non-binary & 31M, white). I am currently in graduate film school and the other roommate practices architecture and design.

We enjoy hanging out in the shared spaces, listening to music and watching movies and tv! We have a record player and a sound system in the living room. We both love to cook and bake. We need a roommate who prioritizes good communication and regular cleaning of the shared spaces!

We are only looking for someone who can rent continuously through the end of the lease. No short-term sublets.
