We have a beautiful light room available for a sublet starting Feb 15

The room comes furnished with a bed, a desk, dresser, mirror and closet. The room also has private access to a large balcony shared by one other bedroom.

The house is a big ground level place, two bedrooms on the ground floor, and two bedrooms downstairs (this room is on the upper level). Both floors have their own bathroom, living and large outdoor balcony / courtyard space. There's a single kitchen with a dishwasher on the ground floor.

We don't have a washer dryer but there's a laundromat 2 blocks away, which brings you to Bedford ave. We're 5 - 10 minute walk to the Apple store / wholefoods etc. but far enough away for the street to be quiet. L and JMZ trains are equidistant from the house, 10 - 15 mins walk.

About This Lister

We are 3 creative professionals late 30's- early 40's, two male one female. We're social animals, but keep the house a clean, tidy neutral sanctuary from the city, where we're happy to have a chat but also very respectful of each others space and privacy.
