💰 $4,105/month + $4,105 security deposit

📅 Ideal start: July, August or September 2026 through May 2027, with option to renew

✅ Building needs to approve the new tenant

The building:
The Niko is a luxury 2018 build with a rooftop deck & BBQ, outdoor patio terrace, gym, in-unit Bosch washer/dryer, concierge, bike storage, and package room. White oak floors, quartz countertops, oversized windows throughout.

The furniture:
I'm leaving everything behind — sofa, dining table (seats 7), queen bed, TV, all kitchen appliances, and more. Ideally you take it all but pricing is open to negotiation.

Moving out of the country so motivated to make this work!
