The room features exposed brick, massive windows that get gorgeous sun with views of Greenpoint and LIC, and a lofted bed so you can set up multiple usable spaces. Depending on your preference, the room can be taken over furnished.

What would make you a great fit:

- Do you love learning, interesting discourse, listening to good music and eating good food?
- Do you care about cleanliness? One of our roommates has celiac disease, so gluten will make her sick (including cross-contamination on surfaces). Gluten is in the house, we're just careful! We are looking for someone who is attentive to cleanliness for health purposes
- Do you spend most of your weekdays outside the home? One of us works from home, so multiple WFH schedules can get hectic
- You don’t have pets—no pets allowed, sorry!
- You’re enthusiastic about community :)

On top of monthly rent, we evenly split utilities and basic household expenses (tp, dish soap).
