wifi/ internet, electric, are minimal range $50-70 per person. More in the summer months with AC usage.

Above all finding the right mindful soulful person is what I’m looking for. I want to find the right vibes. Having a balanced home is very important to me.

LGBT friendly and very socially conscious. This is a Sex positive space. Artistic or creatives souls i resonate with the most.
Love to chill at home after working hard.
I love to light some. candles or incense and chill, maybe journal.
Also watch some trash tv, cbs Sunday morning, or bravo.

Bathroom and kitchen are supper important to keep clean! Grabbing trash, vacuuming, dishes, swiffering...etc General household helping each other
I typically rotate bathroom cleaning with the roomies.
