This is a very spacious true one-bedroom apartment in a small walk-up building. The living room gets an amazing amount of light due to large windows and a rare skylight.

The kitchen is huge, with a lot of cabinet space. I love to cook and find it very easy to do here.

The bedroom is also very large and airy. Plus, there's a little terrace! You have your own outdoor space, which overlooks trees.

I have upgraded most of the light fixtures in the apartment, installed a new shower head with great water pressure, and replaced the kitchen cabinet knobs with cuter ones.

You're steps away from beloved neighborhood favorites, like Frankie's 457, Court Street Grocers, and Luana's Tavern. There's a market only one block away in one direction, and a bodega one block away in the other direction. You're just a few-minutes walk from the Carroll F,G station. You can't find a better location, in my opinion.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting February 1 and my lease is up in June. My landlord, who's old-school and very easygoing, will let you renew. Heat and hot water included; other utilities you pay for.
