Amazing one bedroom with an additional large office space. It is a corner unit on the 6th floor flooded with natural light. The building’s roof deck has one of the best views IMO and there is bike storage, a gym, and a package room in the basement. The building is per friendly with an elevator as well. We are a ten minute walk to the A/C and a seven minute walk to the F.

We love living here, but my wife and I just bought a place in Fort Greene so we are breaking our lease early. The management company is on board with the lease break and will take over the process once we find a tenant.
