Located in a super fun neighbourhood, and you’ll be close to several local Williamsburg hot spots, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely neighbours, and a quiet apartment. It's easy and fast to get to Manhattan, and a short walk to parks like McCarren.

The space:
Our apartment is a single-floor 1-bed, that stretches across the length of the building. It gets all day sun (bedroom facing east, lounge facing west). Bedroom has a queen size bed, and balcony off it. The rest of the apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining, living room, plus a bathroom with bath. The apt is on the 13th floor, with elevator access. You will have access to the entire apartment but please respect our neighbours and belongings. We live here full-time, and are only subletting while we are out of the city. We are just looking to cover our rent & utilities in this cost, not make money from the sublet.

About This Lister

We’re two kiwis living in New York, working in creative & sales. We’ll be traveling during the listed time and looking to find a considerate tenant to sublet our place while we’re out. The neighbours in our building are greats, and friends of ours - this is our primary home, and not a place for parties. We will be away again later in the year, so there is the opportunity to come back for a longer period if you're looking for a longer stay.
