Subletting my one-bedroom apartment in Nolita for a month while I’m out of town for work - great option if you’re in NYC short-term, including during NYFW.
The apartment is at the back of the building, so it’s super quiet, with a city view and a skylight that brings in tons of natural light all day. It’s cozy, calm, and works really well for a single person or couple.
The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated - kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a rain shower head.
Washer and dryer are in-unit.
Gas heat plus portable heaters for extra warmth if needed.
There’s also a desk area at the end of the bed, which makes it ideal for someone working remotely or doing creative work while they’re here.
Location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Nolita, surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops.

Looking for a respectful, creative or working professional who wants a comfortable, lived-in space for the month.
I am a creative working professional with an agency between both New York and Los Angeles. For the month of February I will be in Los Angeles for a production and so happy to let someone stay in the space while I am away.
