It's a gem of a place with historical details like the original mahogany fireplace, parquet floors, and soaring 13ft ceilings with crown mouldings. I love how calm and beautiful the area is :)

Apt is fully furnished with designer and vintage furniture, a Samsung Frame TV with every streaming platform, a renovated kitchen with gas stove/dishwasher, and a shower with great heat/water pressure. There's also a large patio off the bedroom.

-1 train is a block and a half away. About 20 mins to West Village, 30 to Tribeca/FiDi.
-Quiet building with respectful, friendly neighbors.
- Preference will be given to those who can stay a full month
