The Good Fork Pub is seeking a part-time line cooks. The ideal person must be respectful, motivated and committed to upholding quality standards for the restaurant and for themselves. The ideal candidate aims to grow with us and showcase their ability to carry out described responsibilities and expectations.

- Ability to perform basic food prep skills

- Time Efficient and has the ability to finish tasks with minimal guidance

- Strong respect for ingredients and understanding of quality and standards - Consistent attention to detail, cleanliness and organization

- Must be reliable, accountable and prioritizes communication

- Team player who is willing to listen, learn and lead with a positive attitude - NYC Food Hander’s Certificate is a major plus (not required)

- Previous Line Cook experiences is a plus (not required)

After taking the necessary time to understand the needs of the restaurant, complete daily tasks and prep lists that make kitchen life a bit easier for everyone, we hope and plan to carve out time to present opportunities for you to showcase your creativity and culinary talent. About Us

We are a neighborhood restaurant and bar focused on cooking seasonally and whole-heartedly. The Good Fork first opened in 2006 by Chef Sohui Kim. Closed in 2020 due to the pandemic and was reborn as a beautiful community Pub in 2022. Currently operating under Chef Cody Sprague.
Through a thoughtful rotation of offerings, our food focuses on ingredients that are fresh, local(as much as possible) and simply prepared.
We hope to encourage great conversation, moments of restoration and joy that often surrounds a delicious meal and a well composed drink.
