I'm a queer woman in my 40s, an artist, and I work remotely for a nonprofit organization four days a week. I love watching films and comedy, listening to all kinds of music, reading philosophy, cooking large pescetarian meals, dancing, and spending time with friends. When I'm not working, I'm painting in my studio, which is a separate room in the apartment. I have two adorable 4-year-old cats, Jack and Julian. I'm the leaseholder of this apartment and have lived here for over 20 years. I like to keep things generally tidy and clean and relatively calm, but I'm no perfectionist. I'm looking for a responsible, friendly roommate to share this truly beautiful loft!
