Hello!

I'm a producer on an upcoming artist-driven independent feature film shooting in NYC in September.

We're currently looking to rent a 1 or 2 BR apt in New York City (preferably Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan).

Ideally this space is minimally furnished or even unfurnished. Not necessarily looking for elevated, modern spaces. Real NYC apt-feel is the goal.

We're fully insured. 8-10 cast and crew total in the space. No majorly heavy equipment. Everyone involved professional & conscientious. Generally shooting 11AM-9PM

Will need space for total of 2 weeks but only 8 actual shoot days. Otherwise set-dressing, rehearsing and eventually cleaning.

Can pay up to $2,500.
