I will be away July 20-August 2, and my furnished lofted studio is available for a sublet for that period. Perfect for someone who needs a quick temporary in-between place, or for someone who wants to come to the city for vacation.

This is a studio with a lofted bedroom, so it feels more like a one-bedroom. It has a home office set up, a cute little rooftop lounge area, and has many books, plants and art. It near the intersection of Classon and Saint Marks, so there is access to many bars and restaurants nearby but the street itself is pretty quiet. Happy to prorate based on actual dates. I would appreciate it if the subletter could water my plants :)
