We have an open room available in Williamsburg starting September 1st. We prefer someone long term but open to short term as well.

We (a guy and a girl) are both in our early 30s and work in city planning. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one of us. There is a big kitchen space with a dishwasher and appliances. The apartment has a washer and dryer in unit.

We are looking for someone quiet, clean, respectful, someone who doesn’t smoke or bring people over. No pets. Ideally looking for someone who would stay for a longer time, but open to short term as well. Bedroom photos are from a while ago, the current roommate has rearranged the room. The room can be rented both furnished or unfurnished
Monthly rent for the room is $1,600 + electric and wifi.
