I'm renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bath new-build apartment with elevator access.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an elevator building and has 13 windows, so it is very sunny and cheery, with many plants. It has central heating, and the building has rooftop access, a gym, and laundry in the basement.
Both bedrooms have four windows facing northeast and east, so it is very sunny all day. Closet space and under-bed storage are available.
The apartment is a 4-minute walk to the G, an 8-minute walk to the J/M/Z trains, and 10 minutes away from the L. There are multiple grocery stores, cafes, a pharmacy, a wine shop, and a mail center a block or more away. Generally, the street is quite peaceful, but traffic can get noisy on busy Friday and Saturday evenings.
It's located a few blocks from Grand Street, with tons of restaurants and bars, and also, a 15-minute walk from main Williamsburg. The apartment is on Union Ave. and Stagg St.
I am a working professional, dividing my time as a freelance creative director in advertising, a product designer, and having a jewelry business. I split my time between NYC and Berlin, which is why my apartment is up for sublet!
Available for long or short stays at $150/day. If you want to stay monthly, it would be 4,500 per month and if you want to stay longer, we can talk about the price.
This is all in (cleaning fee, heat, gas, hot water and Wi-Fi (also includes paper towels and toilet paper for short stays!)
I require a deposit of $300, which you will get back after I see the apartment, and we will sign a subletter agreement that states the above.
