About This Lister

I’m a Brooklyn-based queer creative and fitness coach from Colorado, and I’ve lived in the city for 4 years. I’m tidy, communicative, and respectful of shared space, and I’ve put a lot of care into making this room feel comfortable and intentional. I’ll be traveling for most of the year but in the city frequently and reachable/responsive throughout the sublet.

Rental requirements

• $1,550/month rent
• $1,550 safety deposit (refundable)
• Utilities split separately and billed quarterly (approx $100-200/month on average)
• Weekly chore chart
• 12-month sublet with option to renew
• Proof of income and references will be requested
• I’ll likely be staying in my sister’s room for the first couple of weeks to help care for her cat, then fully away after that
• I’ll be stopping by briefly once or twice a month to collect any mail that doesn’t get forwarded

Looking for someone responsible, tidy, and communicative in a calm, respectful home. The two roommates are by no means partiers but will occasionally have a friend or two over, and you’d be welcome to do the same. Because there are already two cats in the space, we can’t take anyone with a pet at this time.
