Both roommates work full time - some odd hours as they work in retail, and are super kind and fun roommates. I'm leaving for a cheaper apartment I found, nothing to do with them.
There's roof access - amazing views, I spent all summer on the roof. The apartment is small, as seen in photos: large bedroom, small kitchen / living area, bathroom

The room is large with tons of storage. There is a private attached fire escape, a desk built into the room (open to selling the chair I have for it), an extra window l use for my AC unit, huge closet, over closet storage, and then a lofted storage above the door I use to hold a bunch of things. The room fits my bed (could have a queen easily), a couch, large dresser, two bookshelves.

I work a classic 9-5 and never have issues accessing the bathroom in the mornings before work or when I get home. Everything is very shared and treated communally, but boundaries are definitely respected when communicated.

One roommate is leaving to spend the holidays with their family, the other will be available to meet you / show the apartment. They're very close, so if one approves they both should.
