Looking for one considerate, financially stable individual to take advantage of this great deal! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc.

The bathroom has been fully renovated in June 2025!

6 month minimum and 1 year agreement available.

First month and deposit required to move in. Proof of income will also be required along with credit check. There isn’t an Application Fee!

Heat, hot water, gas, and electricity are included in rent.

Privately owned, owner lives in building and is hands on with maintenance. It’s a quiet, ‘non-party’ building. The street is also quiet.

I was born and raised in Bushwick and know the area inside and out! I am hands on with the building.

I have been a fitness professional with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for over 25 years. I also have a small fitness studio in the building. Helping individuals with fitness and nutrition is my passion.
