Neighborhood

Park Slope, Brooklyn

Hello! I’m looking for a long-term, unfurnished one-bedroom or studio apartment in Park Slope (ideally North Slope, but open to the whole neighborhood + prospect heights!). My budget is up to $3,300/month.

A bit about me:
-I’m a kind, quiet, and responsible tenant who works full-time from home in a professional role at a tech company.
-I love the Park Slope community and want to stay rooted here long-term.
-I keep my home clean, organized, and well cared for.
-I don’t have pets, don’t smoke, and am not looking for roommates.
-I have excellent financials and strong references, making the process easy and stress-free.

What I’d love in a space:
-A well-maintained building with respectful neighbors.
-Good natural light.
-Ideally close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and Prospect Park.

If you have a space that might be a fit, I’d love to connect.

About This Lister

I’m a kind, quiet, and reliable tenant who works full-time from home at a technology company. My work is stable and fully remote, so I spend a lot of time at home and take pride in keeping my space clean, organized, and well cared for.

I’ve lived in Park Slope for some time and truly love the neighborhood — from mornings at local coffee shops to walks through Prospect Park. I value being part of a respectful and welcoming community and am hoping to find a space that feels like a long-term home.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking (former pastry chef!), traveling, and exploring new restaurants in the neighborhood. Friends would describe me as thoughtful, dependable, and considerate — qualities I also bring to being a tenant and neighbor.
