We are looking for one roommate to fill the available medium sized bedroom with large closet in our 3 BR apartment. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment so you'd share a bathroom mostly with one person. We have a wonderful landlord who provides plenty of heat and monthly extermination, does all major repairs, and pays someone to take out the garbage. 3rd floor walk up.

Flushing is unique, and incredibly culturally rich. It's known as a foodie paradise and it has all the amenities you possibly could need withing walking distance (doctors, grocery stores, movies, department stores etc...). Utilities are about 70$ a month (WiFi, gas, and electric only. Heat is included in rent).
