One private room in a 2BR fully furnished apartment

I'm looking for someone CLEAN, who knows how to care for plants, and would treat the space as if it were theirs.

Utilities are to be split: Internet, Gas, and Electricity could be around $80-120, depending on use.

Located in North Bedstuy, this four-story building has only one apartment per floor, which makes it very private. Cameras are managed through an app. Willoughby Ave and Stuyvesant. Trains J and M stop by Myrtle Broadway, a block away. Walk a little further and take the 4 or the L. My best friend has lived in the apartment below for 10 years, so if you need anything, she'll be there for you. We look out for each other in this building.

The apartment is completely furnished, decorated, and equipped with cool stuff like an espresso machine, baking mixer, or DJ equipment. I do not have a TV, but you can bring yours if you want to.

- 800 sq ft apartment, large open kitchen. One apt per floor.

- Quiet and bright bedroom with huge closet and dresser (NW orientation).

- Spacious, private, rooftop access through the fire escape.

No pets (sorry).
