We’re looking for a responsible, clean, calm third roommate to join us in a HUGE sun filled apartment in Ridgewood, NY. Top floor of a small, 3 unit building managed by a small landlord. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but still close to both the M and L trains! Also close to Forest park!

We are filling a big room with huge closet and private balcony facing the back yard. Rent is $1416 + utilities (less than $100/month). Hot/ cold water + heat are included in rent.
Brand new kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and newly renovated unit. All 6 rooms in the unit have their own heading/cooling units with remotes.

Top floor unit in a 3 unit building, 5 minute walk from the M train.
One cat will be living with us as well.
November 1 move in for a 12 month lease. Security deposit of 1 month rent + landlord approval required. No other pets please!

*We are not yet living in this apartment, so it is empty in the photos. However we do have a fully furnished apartment that we will be moving all of our furniture from - so the apartment will be fully furnished aside from the third bedroom! Move-in day is Nov 1, but we will be slowly moving in until Dec 1*

About This Lister

I'm Pax (she/her)! I've lived in New York for almost two years, and work as a full time artist with a studio in Brooklyn. I spend my free time drawing or doing other art projects, hanging out with my sweet cat, Willow, and spending time with friends.

My roommate, Soph (they/them), works in restaurants full time but has a passion for creativity and balances their work with lots of art projects, music, cooking, going to farmers markets, and coffee dates with friends.

We both enjoy art, coffee shop work days, hiking and camping, taking trips outside of the city, eating meals together, and spending quiet evenings in our home together. Both having grown up in New England, enjoying the same activities and hobbies, and having lived together for over a year, we have a respectful and cohesive dynamic as roommates. We are very responsible and keep a tidy and clean space. Keeping up with household chores and making sure our apartment hygiene is kept up is important to us, and we all do our part to maintain our space!
We're looking for the right person to fit into our existing dynamic, and we're excited to meet the person that can add even more good energy to our home! It's really important to us that we're finding the right person who wants to create a nice and comfortable space with us.
