Room available in 2 bed/2 bath in Ridgewood! Apartment is on the second floor. The room available has an en suite bathroom, and faces the backyard. Each room has an AC/heat unit. Utilities range around $70-$100 a month each. Laundry in the basement.
The apartment is located about a 5 minute walk to the Forest Ave M stop, and about a 12 minute walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff.
Ideally looking for someone who keeps the space tidy and low key. Queer preferred :) ! No pets currently, but I’m open to it! Move in as early as November 1st, and then must be able to sign onto a new 1 year lease with me for December 1st.
