We’re looking for roommate to move in Jan 1st in a 2BR/1bath apartment in Williamsburg - rent $1850/month + utilities! This would be month-to-month, but ideally you will be here longterm.

I’ll be moving out so you’d be taking over my room and sharing the apartment with a creative & super friendly architect/cinematographer in their 30s.

The room itself has lots of natural light and comes unfurnished — you can fit a full or queen-sized bed plus a dresser or desk comfortably and there is a closet. Shared spaces are the kitchen, bathroom and living room. There’s no dishwasher or washer/dryer but there’s a really nice and clean laundromat 4min away!

The apartment is on a 2nd floor walk up and is walking distance to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, public library, Domino Park & the Williamsburg Bridge! The nearest subway stations are the L at Bedford Av & J/M/Z at Marcy Ave.
