One month's rent and a month’s security deposit required to move in. I ask for proof of income and references. I also have a rental agreement that I ask you to read and sign. Ideally, I am looking for someone long-term who will make this their home. I prefer people who identify as female, but I'm open to others. Starting and ending dates can be adjusted.
The process starts with a phone to see if we want to move further and have you come look at the space.
