Hello!

My roommate, Zoe, and I (both 25F) are looking for a third roommate to share an apartment in Brooklyn—ideally in Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, or Downtown Brooklyn. We’re currently apartment hunting and plan to move in by October 1st on a one-year lease.

Our budget is about $1,500-$1,800 - but are comfortable splitting cost depending on room sizes, etc. We’ve been finding much better options for three bedrooms, so we'd love to find someone that's down to join our search! It feels like a great opportunity to have more space and meet someone new!

A couple of preferences:

Looking for someone who is F or femme-identifying

In their 20s or early 30s

Comfortable living with one cat (Vinny—he’s very friendly!)

Has a similar budget or more (we're happy to split rooms by rent contribution!)

We’d love to create a communal home where we can chat and debrief after the day, while also respecting each other’s space and needs. Being open to splitting chores is important (we can figure out the details together). More than anything, we’re hoping to find someone we get along with and who will enjoy the perks of a spacious three-bedroom apartment :)
