Looking for a roommate to sublease with, happy with any gender. I'm clean and pretty quiet. I'd prefer a location within 30/40 minutes to FiDi. I am looking for a furnished space, my price range is rent up to $3000/mo, and I have a 700+ credit score.

I'm pretty quiet, I expect to mostly work from the office 9-5. On weekends I generally enjoy running, I'd be interested to try out the parkrun that's been started in Brooklyn recently. I enjoy programming, drawing, detective shows, though most of my time is focused on work if I'm being honest. Work life balance is still something I'm working on.
