We are two visual artists traveling to NYC for work October 18–24 (give or take, buying flights very soon). Ideally, we’re looking for a clean full apartment with two bedrooms, but we’re also open to a one bedroom with a spacious couch.
Neighborhoods: We’d love to be in Lower Manhattan or Brooklyn — anywhere with an easy ride to Lower or Mid-Manhattan works well for us. Preference Lower East side, Village, East Broadway, Chinatown, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick.
Budget: Around $100 per night, depending on the space.
About us: We are clean, respectful, and quiet. We’ve sublet through Listings Project before and always treat homes with care. We come to NYC a few times a year for our projects and are hoping to find a welcoming space this fall.
We are two visual artists and partners based in Miami who come to NYC a few times a year for work and projects. In sublets, we are clean, respectful, and quiet.
We’ve rented through Listings Project before and always treat the space with care, leaving it just as we found it. When we’re in town, we spend most of our days enjoying the city, working or out at meetings, so we mainly need a comfortable, welcoming place to rest and recharge.
We value community and trust, and we’re looking for a home where we can feel settled while contributing to the same spirit of mutual respect that makes Listings Project so special.
