I love NYC, but I never get to stay long enough. Looking for feel of community and neighborhood. Near transportation. Elevator or two-story walk-up is fine. One or two bedrooms, depending on situation.

Preferred dates as shown, but I have flexility. Would be willing to have shorter stays and move if necessary.

I often cat sit, so would be willing to have that as part of arrangement. I am not looking for free rent. I have house and pet references. They say I am dependable, tidy and trustworthy.
