one bedroom from this 2 bed unit lease officially starts on august 1st.
My lease is coming to a renewal, and my roommate, while great, is moving out.
we are looking for someone to get approved by the landlords by the end of May beginning of June.

2 bedroom unit with living room and a basement and 1 full bath and one half bath. we have been using the basement for storage, work, entertainment, so there is a large amount of space to feel yourself.
we have a common space back yard, where I lock my bike up, and others like to barbeque.

Have been living here for about 5 years, the landlords are great and give us space. they have always fixed anything I asked, and rent has been relatively stable.

we are a 10 minute walk to the L train Dekalb stop, and a 2 minute walk to the knickerbocker M stop.
we are next to the Knickerbocker main street, are surrounded by a lot of great food, we are a short walk from many bars, and close to the Marie Hernandez park.

I am a pretty laid back guy most of the time, who likes to chill with a good video game or anime, i am most often working on my computer in the basement. i am more than happy to share any information you want!

I am a pretty low key guy most of the time. I like to hang out and watch anime, movies or play video games when im home, and i frequently am working on my computer in the basement.
when im out i like to ride my bike, visit parks, or get drinks with friends.

I love playing games with friends, and my favorite nights of the week are game nights. I occasionally host a board game nights in the basement.

I also work to make sure i clean after myself, I work not to leave dishes in the sink, I turn down my volumes after 11 to respect quiet times, and I try not to listen to offensive content loudly in the common space. I hope for the same from my roommates. I think its important that we maintain a clean house and a positive social atmosphere so we can both live a comfortable and happy life.
