Looking for a furnished studio, one-bedroom, or shared apartment in Manhattan; West Village, East Village, Noho or Brooklyn, Williamsburg/Greenpoint for a 2-4 month sublet. Ideally near McCarren Park, but open to anywhere in Williamsburg. Budget is flexible, around $3,000–$7,000 depending on the space and setup.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable, furnished space with good natural light and a relaxed atmosphere. I’m respectful, responsible, and like to keep my living space tidy and well maintained. Open to both private apartments and shared spaces with considerate roommates.
