Hello! I’m looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or a studio with a separate kitchen in Crown Heights near Brower Park. I'm also open to other neighborhoods within a 30-minute walk of Prospect Park.

I work from home and have a well-behaved, 25 pound dog. I'm fairly quiet and spend most of my time reading, watching live music/theater, or playing outside with my dog. I'm not one for big parties, but I do love hosting small dinner parties and book clubs.

I planned/completed a fairly large gardening/beautifying project at my current apartment building, and I would love to help to help out in an outdoor space (of any size!) again.

My ideal rent is around $2150, but I can stretch to $2500 for the right place. I'm seeking a long-term lease. I'm hoping to move by February 1st, but can be flexible and push to April 15th.
