The room is unfurnished and has ample space, great lighting, a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom right across the hall. There is an in-unit Washer and Dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. The high-rise building has multiple common rooms, a rooftop, a fully equipped gym and a green open space. Looking for someone who pays rent on time, respects and keeps shared areas clean and isn't too noisy. I'm a nerdy grad student so I spend half my time on campus and the other half at home. I love hosting friends for meals and movies occasionally and will keep you apprised beforehand and expect the same from you. The lease term is 12 months, $2350 per person, per month excluding utilities.
