We are a co-living intentional community sharing a 5 story Brownstone in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. We are calling in emotionally attuned spaceholders, people who embrace radical self-discovery, and those that want to live in consideration to one another.

While we are ultimately looking for long term members, we are currently also considering short term sublets, feel free to reach out with any questions!

If you want to be a long term member: prices listed above are month-to-month. We would start with a trial period to feel out mutual resonance and then you can get on a lease, which is a lower rent price. This is a chance to feel things out for you just as much as for us!

We have a communal food system, run by our communal food team, getting grade A products from the farms delivered to our house!

Monthly communal dues are $399 and include: food, bills, internet, supplies, utilities, monthly professional clean.
