I'm looking for an unfurnished or lightly furnished home, ideally within 15-20 minutes of the Hudson or Rhinecliff train stops.

I would love a single family house, but open to duplexes, or apartments with separate entrances, etc. I'm friendly and community minded, so I like to say hello to my neighbors when I see them. Ideally 2-3 bedrooms.

Non-negotiables - Laundry on site, clean updated spaces (no carpet). Some outdoor space.

I'm open to the lease term, but looking for something long-term at least 6 months - 1 year. I've been looking at places from $2,500 - $3,200.

I work from home, running my own business and as an exec-level consultant.

It's just me and my 11 year old 35lb dog that loves people and like to sleep a lot. She does however, like to chase cats.

I grew up on the east coast and I'm returning after 10 years in LA and Portland, OR. I'm very happy to be back "Home." I do work quite a bit, but you will also find me walking my dog around town or on hikes. I'm looking forward to getting out in a kayak this summer. I'm squarely in my middle age years, have several friends in the area. I love good food, host the occasional dinner party, but I like to wrap things up early.
