Hi. I am looking for a place to live on a short- to medium-term basis while searching for long-term housing.

I would like to live in Northwest Philly, though will consider other neighborhoods. A room in a house with other artists, musicians or creative people would be nice, but most importantly, I'd like to live with others who communicate well and have experience creating a harmonious living environment with others. A space to myself would also work.

Professionally, I lead product and operations for a media and entertainment startup partners and I launched earlier this year. We have a video production studio in Germantown and I work a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Creatively, I'm a performing bass player – my passion, not my livelihood. I play my instruments quietly at home to practice, and do so respectfully of others.

Socially, I love to see live music and go to lots of shows! I try to spend as much quality time as possible with friends and family, and also cherish time to myself. I haven't turned on a TV in almost a year, it's not an activity I have much desire to pursue.

Personally, I am kind and friendly, emotionally intelligent and strive to live authentically. I appreciate these qualities in others. I keep my home clean and will respect your space as if it were my own.
