I’m looking for a short or long term living arrangement. My current budget is roughly 1800-2000/month.

I am most passionate about cooking, so a great kitchen with a gas stove is really all I need from my ideal living space. I don’t need an elevator or washer and dryer.

I work in midtown so anything within a 40 minute commute is on the table.

I keep my spaces very clean and hope that my roommate would help to maintain common areas.

My ideal roommate is someone who is kind, respectful, somewhat social (I like to have a sense of community), clean and a heavy sleeper or nocturnal because I work nights and am often up late. I always do my best to limit noise. I hope you love to eat too!

My name is Wolfgang. A creative working in the restaurant world. I am
currently working at a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in Midtown. I am very clean and respectful of all things- shared spaces, noise and personal space.

I recently separated from my partner and am looking for a warm space to transition into.

A little about me,
I’m a 31M (he/him), originally from Florida. I’m fairly active, very talkative when it’s the right time, loving, great at listening and overall very optimistic.

I’ve been living in NYC over the past
few years in the pursuit of my dreams to become a cookbook author. I am fairly
nocturnal because of the nature of my schedule at the restaurant. I always
make sure to make as little sound as possible when returning home late from
work. One of my biggest passions is to make cooking videos.

I understand that cooking at night is not something most are used to and I
always plan around my roommate’s schedule to reduce the impact that process
has on your life.
