The space does not have to be fully furnished. Hoping to stay in Brooklyn, ideally in Clinton Hill/Ft. Greene/Windsor Terrace. Right now I’m working from home, but that could change in the next month or two. I am clean and quiet. Would love to be close to the train if possible and would love a grocery store close by or potentially a park and or dog run nearby. Dream scenario would have some sort of backyard, but I realize that’s a big ask. My ideal roommate would be someone who is relaxed but has a sense of humor, too. I like to cook and am a big movie buff. Light in the apartment would be very nice and a washer/dryer in the building would be a huge plus (but not a dealbreaker). My dog Ringo is 4 and super sweet, he’s a mutt who is part terrier and part poodle.
