Hi! I’ve recently moved back to Brooklyn after a year taking care of a relative on the west coast. I’m currently subleasing and will need to move by the end of September. I’ve lived in BedStuy for 10ish years, so I really want to stay in this area. Looking for 1-2 bedrooms, around $2500. Ideally looking to rent directly from a landlord rather than a property management company as I plan on staying in my next place for a long time and would rather know the landlord personally, but I’m open to all options. I’d love to have: laundry in building (or unit!!), dishwasher, outdoor space, but I’m very flexible.
