I am looking for a fragrance free and pet free living space in the Boston metro area, either shared or private. I am moving to the area and looking for a place either to stay while I look for something long term or an actual long term place.
I'd be happy to share with or rent from someone similar especially folks with chronic illnesses.
Must haves: No fragrances and no pets (love them, just allergic). If it is an apartment building, no fragrances in the lobbies/hallways. Washer/dryer.
Preferences: Living with or renting from someone with chronic conditions who have similar requirements. House or townhouse or very small condo building.
Take it or leave it: I am super flexible on short vs long term, furnished or unfurnished, amenities besides washer/dryer, etc.
Ideal roommate: Curious about the world, has a green thumb, not too loud, tries to enjoy life and has a sense of whimsy. Wants to keep living areas liveable and share chores or find a cleaner.
Curious about the world, black thumb but loves plants, loves the arts, quiet, reads a lot, can't function without morning coffee, once built a trail in northern NH, now has chronic illnesses, but optimistic despite everything. Wants to keep living areas liveable and share chores or find a cleaner. I am messy but not dirty in my personal space.
I have been (had been?) working as a program evaluator in the DC metro area until this year, trying something new in Boston and excited for this next chapter.
I have lived alone for a while, but previously my favorite roommates of all time were: physicists, engineer, landscape designer, and people with a sense of whimsy.
