I'm either looking for a short term rental for the month of January, or a long-term rental if it's the right fit.

Short-term: Furnished room or studio with easy parking.

Long-term:

1 or 2 bedroom with garage (ideal), covered parking (next best), or a spot to call my own and a little storage in LA.

OR

A room in a house with lovely people + space for me to work from home.

Furnished or unfurnished.

Prefer the east side (Los Feliz, Silverlake, East Hollywood, Echo Park, Highland Park, etc) but open to other parts of the city for the right fit.

I'm coming to LA to get established and looking for a space to call home that feels cosy and quiet.

I have two cars, one a collectible and another daily driver (small pickup). Ideally, the place where I would land has covered and secure parking for the collectible. I know, big ask, but you don't ask you don't get!

I also have some boxes and bins and a few bikes that I need some storage for.

I'm quiet, organized, tidy, and often described as lovely, funny, and sweet.

I'm self-employed as a coach + writer, and will be focused on building a podcast on healthy relationships (The Love Drive).

In my spare time I like tinkering with bikes, cycling, working out, skiing, and spending time outside. I'm an avid reader, meditator, and people person.
