I am looking for an apartment less than an hour train ride from the East Village where I work. I'm interested in Lower Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

My budget is around 1300, and I am fine with numerous roommates. I am friendly, tidy, and respectful of other people's space. I would prefer female roommates but am open to anything.

Furnished and laundry in building would be ideal as well.
