I am looking for a clean room, private bathroom a plus, and overall quiet and tidy apartment. I am easy-going, respectful, clean and quiet. Will be out most of the day but might have to stay in my computer in the living room for some hours here and there (not working remotely). My budget is around 800 to 1000 USD.
